Problems with rusty and corroded mixer balls in polish.
Hello everyone. Some indie brands are having issues with rust or corrosion, and I just wanted to let everyone know about the mixer balls in KAYS polish.
I purchase stainless steel balls, but some Polish makers are reporting that they did also and that they were still having rust problems. If there are any rust or corrosion issues with your mixer balls please contact me and I can send you a new ball or replace your polish if it is unusable. I haven’t had anyone contact me with any issues so far, so I think were safe.
In most of my Glitters or Glamour line of polishes I use monster balls,which are better at mixing than the smaller size. And the duo chromes and or Duos line I usually go with the regular size, as well as the layering polishes.

I just want to say thanks to everyone for making my website launch great!!! I had no idea Cosmic Dust would go that fast!!!
Now that my nails are a little longer Ill show them. I had a nail accident that left my nails paper thin and painful. I ran in to some toxic glue that literally ate my nails. You know when you take off fake nails and you think your peeling off your real nails but your not? Well I was.
This is one coat Wicked Lovely with a gradient of Moon Beams.
Wicked Lovely is a fun one to use for nail art because of its Multi chrome qualities. It just adds something else to it. You cant see from he picture but Wicked Lovely changes from deep plum, to brown to gold to green in some lights.

Finally the elusive Wicked Lovely is up on my website! So check it out!
Also I added four cream shadows to the website. This will be all that I will be adding other than the nail polish and glitter jars for this time around. I hope to have more online soon!
But here is an inside look at the colors:
Shape Shifter: A yellow green blendable cream shadow that color shifts to a reddish brown.
This cream shadow is highly pigmented and can be blended with all other KAYS cream shadows to create a unique look. Build-able, non greasy, non sticky, no crease formula will last all day and you wont even know its there.
Shape shifter will be available in powder form soon in 5 gram sifter jar along with all the KAYS cream shadows.
Use a little or a lot. Apply a thin layer for a softer look, or build the layers for a more dramatic look. Either way it wont feel caked on or greasy.
All my cream shadows are 100% natural and good for you skin.
Copper Glow is a shimmery copper with red undertones.
Fairy wings is a toned down purple/grey with pink micro shimmer.
Heavenly is a white/silver highlighter or cream shadow. It can be used anywhere on the face.
Heavenly has a more Cream to Powder formula than the rest,but can still be blended with all other cream shadows.
All cream shadows are $5.00. And come in a 5 gram jar.

Sorry for the lack of post lately! I’m trying to let my nails grow back out.I hate to show them right now.
But here is an older animal print nail art that I did a few few weeks back and hadn’t posted yet.
I used a purple pastel Sally Hansen that I cannot remember the name of. Ive even tried google-ing it. I didn’t like this color at all. It was really thick and gooey and not so pretty.
So of course like any other Mani I do, I added animal print. I still didn’t like the color much and took it off afterwards.
But here is pic of me holding a muffin with a Mani that I did a few weeks ago. I don’t know, I just thought the muffin was pretty and I worked hard on making it,so I thought it deserved to be photographed.

I wanted to show you all the new colors that will be at the May 31st restock.
But first I want to say thanks to Cristina at LTHP for her amazing blog! Because without that I wouldn’t have such pretty pictures to show you!
First off is Wicked Lovely

I have sort of a half moon mani today. Or a reverse french tip,whichever you want to call it.
I used a black glittery polish from The color workshop, and Pure Ice Strapless. I got The color club polish in one of those gift boxes for Christmas. Its a really pretty black and I don’t use it much because I would hate to run out.

I put on two coats of this and let it dry.
You cant really see the glitter in it in this pic. It has really fine holo glitter.
My favorite glitter of all time! Don’t I say that about everything?
I started a little ways up from the cuticles and painted on a coat of Strapless. Let it dry move up a little higher and put on another coat.
I then took the black The color workshop and painted some half moons. Only mine are more like full moons.
I finished with a coat of SV.
I just ordered my new bottle of SV but I don’t think ill make it till it arrives.
Why do they make the brush so short? Ive found that pouring the last half of the bottle into a mini bottle saves from wasting any and makes getting it out a lot easier.

Today I have a new polish for you! Im really excited about this one. Ive been working on it for a while and finally got around to photographing it yesterday.
But first I have to show you some Pure Ice French Kiss,which is what I layered Dreamsicle over.I love this blue. Its so vibrant and is great on its own. This is probably one of my favorite blues ever just because of how loud it is.
My nails are crazy long and need trimmed,I know they are a little scary!
This is with one coat SV. The polish was so shiny that it was reflecting my plants near the window, so it looks like there is some kind of white stamping. No matter where I moved I caught the reflection. In the pic above you can see my Palm tree! Lol
Now on to Dreamsicle! First off its a layering polish. It looks great over any color, and can also be layered over itself for an opaque polish. It has a whitish pink base and has a red duo chrome effect. There are also purple and blue micro shimmers, and white opalescent glitter.

Layered over Pure Ice French Kiss. You can see on my index finger the red duo chrome effect. That was hard to capture.

And above is super up close. You can see the tiny flecks of the blue and purple micro glitter and the white opalescent.
I will be adding this polish to my collection this month along with a few others.
